Visual Portfolio Manager

Visual Portfolio Manager is an easy to use Practice Management System. and is primarily targeted at the Solicitors market. However, VPM can be used to create and track documents in most other environments, not just Solicitors and has its own diary and reminder system. Its easy to use interface gives quick, consistent letter generation and event logging to monitor incoming communications and work in progress. The product comes with its own context sensitive Help Files, custom installation routine and further support is supplied by use of Premium Line numbers.

Having developed and tested the software we required a marketing strategy. Since we viewed VPM as a product with mass market appeal, a 'must have' office tool, we decided to allow anyone running a business Level 0 product free and without encumbrance. This basic level has no restrictions on numbers of users, record generation or annoying time limitations.

ByteDrive are continuing development of VPM to ensure that the product keeps pace with changes in the legal profession and solicitors' requirements. Specifically, further integration with Windows' communication features is planned e.g. Microsoft Outlook™ and integration with Word 97.
